The Town of La Pointe will be holding a Public Hearing on December 4^th, 2025 at 5:00pm at the Town Hall to discuss the proposed 2026 budget. Following the Public Hearinng, a Special Town Meeting will be held to approve the tax levy and consider adoption of Resolution #2025-1204 ‘Transferring of Town Owned Property to the Madeline Island Wilderness Preserve’. The Town Board will then hold a Special Town Board Meeting to approve the finalized budget per the townspeople's vote.
