The Zoning Board of Appeals shall be appointed and have such powers in accordance with the provisions of Sections 59.69 and 62.23 of Wisconsin Statutes. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets to consider certain appeals and variances. The Zoning Board of Appeals is covered by Section 10.0 of the LaPointe Zoning Ordinance.
