The Town of La Pointe Planning and Zoning Administrator promotes, facilitates and coordinates planning, development and zoning activities for the Town. This includes administering and enforcing Zoning regulations in the Town of La Pointe. With authority through the Intermunicipal Agreement with Ashland County, the Planning and Zoning Administrator also administers and enforces applicable Ashland County Ordinances, including shoreland, floodplain, subdivision and Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems on Madeline Island.
